Abstract: Enhancing the innovation capability of specialized and innovative enterprises is of great significance for breaking the involution-style competition in the manufacturing industry, promoting the construction of a unified national market, coping with external market uncertainty, and developing new quality productivity. Currently, specialized and innovative enterprises are facing problems such as limited financing channels, shortage of high-end talents, insufficient collaboration among industry, academia, research and application, incomplete construction of innovation ecology, and insufficient cultivation of entrepreneurial spirits in the process of innovation. We need to take measures such as optimizing the financing environment, strengthening talent cultivation, deepening collaborative innovation, improving the innovation ecosystem, and strengthening public opinion guidance to further enhance the innovation capabilities of specialized and innovative enterprises, and make greater contributions to building a new development pattern as well as promoting high-quality development.
