The construction of a unified national market is the foundation and inherent requirement for the formation of a new development pattern. The core of forming a new development pattern lies in reshaping the domestic and international circulation system of the economy through the construction of a unified national market. Based on the logical chain of “reshaping the driving mechanism of globalization - optimizing the resource allocation mechanism - adjusting the global industrial division of labor pattern - constructing a unified national market”, the study constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the interaction between the new development pattern and the unified national market, and systematically explains the inherent logic and practical path, particularly highlighting the leading role of the new development pattern in the construction of a unified national market. The policy recommendations of this paper are reflected in the following aspects. First, we should use countercyclical policies to repair the overall demand structure and moderately increase the scale of government spending. Secondly, we need to strengthen reforms at the microeconomic level, especially in the income distribution reform, so as to increase the proportion of residents' income and expand the market size. Thirdly, we should promote the adjustment of supply structure through institutional and technological innovation, improve the adaptability of supply to the constantly upgrading demand structure, and build a virtuous cycle mechanism of supply and demand.
