This paper analyzes five prominent problems in the development of county industry in China: 1. Lack of scientific and reasonable planning, the implementation effect needs to be improved. 2. Industrial development is highly dependent on traditional sectors such as heavy chemicals and energy, and the phenomenon of deviation from development advantages is prominent. 3. Agriculture related industries and high-tech industries are difficult to land, and the problems of high threshold and high risk are prominent. 4. The expansion of non productive industries is worthy of vigilance, and structural imbalance leads to heavy financial burden. 5. The industrial potential advantage evaluation system has not yet formed, and the scientific decision-making ability needs to be improved.
In view of the existing problems, this paper also provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the county's industrial support capacity:
1. Strengthen pre-evaluation and process supervision to improve the scientificity and implementation effect of County Industrial Planning
2. Give play to the incentive role of local assessment competition and improve the suitability and driving force of county industries
3. Innovate the approval management mechanism and optimize the environment for the survival and development of agriculture related industries and high-tech industries
4. Build a market system that encourages the flow of resources to county industries, and promote the sinking of factor and enterprise allocation
