The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council on Sunday jointly issued an outline of the integrated regional development of the Yangtze River Delta. The outline clearly proposes to strengthen the construction of a coordinated innovation industrial system. As a new organizational model driven by innovation and a specific form of innovation integration, collaborative innovation has become an important leverage and key variable to promote the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. Bearing the historical mission of being an important source of innovation, the Yangtze River Delta region should become the bridgehead leading China to participate in global scientific and technological competition in the new era and the pioneer of innovation driven development.
This paper believes that we can accelerate the construction of the scientific and technological innovation community in the Yangtze River Delta by focusing on the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, collaborative and open innovation and development, sharing of innovative resource elements and optimization of scientific and technological innovation ecology, and strive to create a Yangtze River Delta sample of collaborative innovation, and carries out specific analysis around the above four aspects.
