Abstract: The healthy growth of private economic personages is the most important change in China's social structure, which has changed the production ownership relationship of China's social and economic structure and created and developed social organizations such as China's business associations. They are the social group with the most ability to create wealth, become rich first and continue to grow wealth at a high speed. Private economic figures play an important role in high-speed economic development and social stability, make important contributions to the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and are contributors to common prosperity. Private economic personages are the important result and motivation of the three more diversities and three changes of China's social structure and the United Front in the new era. They have distinct group characteristics, are most concerned about practical immediate interests, and have their own problems that need to be solved urgently. Private economic personages are important members of the United Front with the largest number of people and the fastest expansion of personnel. They have the compatibility between the upper class and the grass-roots, domestic and overseas, and are the objects with dual identities in the work of the United Front.
