Abstract: Promoting the further reform of the marketization of resource factors is not only the focus and core issue of China's economic system reform at this stage, but also to speed up the construction of a unified national market. From the perspective of the subject and object of forming a unified national market, the logical relationship between promoting the market-oriented reform of resource factors and building a unified national market should be started from two aspects: First, starting from the clue of central government —local government — market subject, focus on the analysis of the administrative power allocation pattern and the relationship between government and enterprises that hinder the development of the resource factor market, and find the path and mechanism to accelerate the construction of the national unified market on this basis; The second is to redefine the functional allocation relationship between government and enterprises in different fields based on the classification of economic activities. The analysis of the former issue can help us find the space, motivation and breakthrough point for further deepening the market-oriented reform in an all-round way; The analysis of the latter issue can make us clear that we should focus on solving the problem of coexistence of insufficient market oriented reform and excessive market oriented reform, and strive to shape the double strong system model of effective market + well-functioning government, so as to provide strong support for building a high standard market system.
