Abstract: This paper deeply explores the root and essence of the industrial chain problem, that is, the industrial chain needs to achieve the balance between efficiency and safety, then analyzes the current situation of China's industrial chain security, and finally proposes solutions to the problem under the new development pattern of dual-circulation. Industrial chain security is a special issue under the conditions of open economy. As we all know, in a closed economy, all links of the industrial chain are localized and autonomous, so it is controllable, and there can be no uncontrollable problems.
