General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 20th National Congress that China will adhere to the basic national policy of opening up, firmly pursue a win-win strategy of opening-up, keep to the right direction of economic globalization, continue to provide new opportunities for the world with China's new development, promote the building of an open world economy, and deliver more benefits to the people of all countries.
This article analyzes China's opening-up policy. First of all, the article points out that China is forming a development pattern in which the domestic market dominates the economic circulation, and its dependence on foreign technologies and markets is gradually decreasing. Then, the article proposes that building a new development pattern means a higher level of opening up both internally and externally, allowing more domestic and foreign development resources to participate more deeply in China's embedded global innovation chain, including further opening the domestic market to the world, using domestic demand to link the global market, widely absorbing and utilizing external resources, and participating in the division of labor in the global innovation chain. Finally, the article analyzes in detail the three major obstacles that need to be overcome to open the door wider and wider, which are from the ideological concept, external environment, internal opening up or domestic reform, and puts forward some countermeasures.
