Abstract: To actively promote the implementation of the chain leader system of the industrial chain and accelerate the cultivation of enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies is the strategic decision and positive measures taken by the Party Central Committee to realize the modernization of the industrial and supply chain under the complex domestic and foreign economic background, and is also an important new content of China's supply-side structural reform at the new stage of development.
