Abstract: Opening up is China's basic national policy, and it is also the only way for the country to become prosperous and strong. In the new era, the expansion of opening up plays an extremely important role in promoting common prosperity. However, the traditional opening up model has shown four aspects of inadaptability, and it is urgent to turn to high-level opening up. High-level opening up has a theoretical logic that has an effect on both prosperity and common. It can not only further improve the degree of prosperity and consolidate the material foundation of common prosperity by improving the level of trade gains, but also help to narrow the regional development gap, urban-rural development gap and factor income gap, thus helping to achieve common prosperity. To this end, we need to follow the new trend of economic globalization, promote the construction of the Belt and Road with high quality, build a free trade zone network with high standards, promote the expansion of opening up in the service sector, accelerate the formation of a new pattern of dual circulation development, and help achieve common prosperity with high-level opening up.
