Population is the key variable of economic and social development. From the perspective of the law of population development, with the development of economic and social development, the decline of fertility rate is an inevitable trend. It is suggested to actively analyze the fertility characteristics and fertility difficulties of women of different ages under the three-child policy, focus on innovation of fertility policy, effectively guide the fertility rate to stabilize in an appropriate interval, and promote the long-term balanced development of China's population.
This paper first analyzes the fertility characteristics of women of different age groups under the three-child policy: 1. The non-marriage doctrine is more popular among the younger generation. 2. The number of ideal children is going down, and the preference of the younger generation for boys is weaker. 3. Cash subsidies can improve the three-child fertility desire, and have the greatest effect on post-80s women. Then, the article analyzes the reproductive difficulties faced by women of different age groups under the three-child policy, including economic, health, career development, job pressure, care resources and other aspects. Finally, the article puts forward five suggestions for actively implementing the three-child policy to promote the long-term balanced development of China's population.
