Abstract: The tug-of-war game in the global supply chain system has become the main feature of the competition in the national industrial and supply chain.

How to use domestic market dominated globalization to cope with the evolution of the global economic pattern has become an important basis for the construction of a new development pattern of China's dual circulation, and is also a hot topic of concern for all sectors of society in the context of the fifth round of industrial transfer. Based on the qualitative analysis on China's participation in global production from western market dominated globalization to domestic market dominated globalization, this paper explores the impact of supply chain participation degree on China's regional economic development. The research shows that China's dividend of relying on foreign-invested enterprises to participate in global supply chain trade is gradually lost, and the advantage of domestic market dominated globalization begins to emerge; The density of highway transportation infrastructure, information and communication infrastructure and the level of information services have a significant impact on regional economic development, and have a certain regulatory effect on China's participation in the global supply chain; The impact of major events has a significant impact on the degree of China's global supply chain participation, thus accelerating the transformation of China to the globalization model based on domestic demand.
