Chen Liu: Enhancing the Sense of Policy Gain for Private Enterprises

Release time:2023-02-21Author: Chen Liu

After conducting an investigation, the author found that different types of enterprises have varying views and levels of confidence towards their future, and the trend of differentiation has become more pronounced since the outbreak of the epidemic. The author analyzed the reasons for this phenomenon and identified three factors that contributed to the significant differentiation in the confidence of private manufacturing enterprises. To boost confidence in the manufacturing industry and enhance the sense of achievement of private entrepreneurs, the author proposes the following suggestions:

First, improve the construction of a legal and inclusive business environment that protects the rights and interests of private enterprises.

Second, accelerate the empowerment of traditional manufacturing and small and medium-sized enterprises, such as providing them with more support policies and resources.

Third, support grassroots industrial parks and concentration areas to optimize the development environment, such as providing better infrastructure and services.

Fourth, strengthen the industrial chain responsibility of chain owners, especially state-owned enterprises, to ensure fair competition and create a level playing field for private enterprises.

By implementing these suggestions, the author believes that the sense of policy gain for private enterprises can be enhanced, which can help to promote the development of the manufacturing industry and boost confidence in the private sector.
