The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China approved the Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, which clearly puts building a modern industrial system and consolidating the foundation of the real economy as the first strategic task. As is well known, the real economy is an important pillar of national strength, and advanced manufacturing is the backbone of this pillar. The Chinese economy started with manufacturing and the real economy, and it also relies on them to move towards the future. In the complex environment of the ever-changing global economy and increasingly fierce competition, building a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as the backbone is not only related to the quality and efficiency of economic balance and development, but also to the safety and resilience of the industrial system, and directly determines China's position in the global industrial chain, supply chain, and value chain.
