The Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, approved at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, proposes to accelerate the construction of a high-level socialist market economy system and enhance the motivation for high-quality development. The high-level socialist market economy system is an important guarantee for Chinese path to modernization. To thoroughly study and implement the spirits of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, we must adhere to comprehensively deepening reform, better play the leading role of economic system reform, continuously enhance development momentum and social vitality, and provide solid support for the realization of socialist modernization.
