In the current and future period, the key to promoting the development strategy of the private economy is to seize the opportunities of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, occupy the highland of strategic emerging industries and future industries, accelerate the layout into the cutting-edge future industries, strengthen the enterprise education chain cluster, and form the main battlefield, new driving forces, and new advantages of new quality productivity for the private economy facing the future.
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should actively cultivate strategic emerging industries such as new energy, new materials, advanced manufacturing, and electronic information, actively cultivate future industries, accelerate the formation of new quality productivity, and enhance new development momentum. It must be soberly recognized that future industries are based on major breakthroughs in cutting-edge technologies and major development needs. Accelerating the layout of future industries not only plays a key leading role in the development of private economy, but also an important force for private enterprises to expand new development space.
To this end, this article proposes eight suggestions for continuing to create a legal, market-oriented, and international business environment, so as to promote the development of future industries in the private economy. The suggestions include firmly adhering to the guiding ideology, firmly adhering to the overall goal, promoting innovation sources, promoting patent cultivation and transformation, promoting industrial chain aggregation and upgrading, promoting talent support, promoting deep empowerment of the capital chain, and promoting policy supply.
