Abstract: The development of new quality productivity has broken through the time and space limitations of the old pattern of productivity, promoted the exchange and cooperation of advanced production factors among different countries and regions, realized the sharing and optimal allocation of commodity factor resources, and promoted the expansion of industrial division as well as international and domestic markets. As an important part of the new production relations, building a unified national market can pull and promote the development of new quality productivity in many aspects such as information provision, supply and demand guidance, incentive mechanism, and income distribution. It is mainly reflected in three aspects, which are technological revolutionary breakthroughs, innovative allocation of production factors, and in-depth transformation and upgrading in industries. The policy connotations of developing new quality productivity and building a unified national market lie in promoting the mutual matching of supply upgrade and demand upgrade.
