The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that by 2025, it will vigorously promote new industrialization, deeply implement the action plan for high-quality development of key manufacturing industry chains, accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as the backbone, and promote the sustained and stable improvement of the industrial economy.
Promoting new industrialization can be approached from the following aspects.
1. Develop high-quality manufacturing to meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.
2. Develop intelligent manufacturing, so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and fully leverage the supply advantages of China's complete industrial system.
3. Develop green manufacturing to accelerate the development of green and low-carbon manufacturing industry.
4. Develop advanced manufacturing, so as to emphasize the deep integration of talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain, and give full play to China's talent advantages.
In order to provide institutional guarantees for new industrialization, attention should be paid to the following aspects.
