Promoting the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation is an important method to further enhance China's industrial capabilities and global competitiveness. However, in practice, the integrated development of innovation and entrepreneurship still faces many unresolved issues, especially the long-standing problem of two layers in the integration of technology and industry. It is urgent to analyze the underlying reasons and crack them.
Currently, the most important thing is to build a third-party institution between non-profit institutions with social attributes as well as private legal entities and for-profit enterprise. Then, it's of great significance to establish a strong market system to better assist technological achievements in moving out of the laboratory and towards industrialization.
Therefore, it is recommended to vigorously develop third-party organizations in China, including industry associations and third-party organizations. We should also empower them comprehensively in the practical process to better promote the true integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation. Specifically, this article proposes the following suggestions.
1. Strengthen the policy support and clarify the responsibilities of third-party organizations.
2. Deepen the functional reform and expand the role space of third-party organizations.
3. Enhance the competitive environment and avoid industry monopolies by third-party organizations.
4. Provide key elements to enhance the service capabilities of third-party organizations.
5. Strengthen assessment and supervision to promote the efficient operation of third-party organizations.
