Over the past year, China's economy has rebounded and made solid progress in the high-quality development. However, the recovery of China's economy is still in a critical stage, and there are still some difficulties and challenges in continuously promoting the recovery and improvement of China's economy. In this regard, Jiangsu should increase the pace of opening-up and reform, release strong signals to enhance expectations, focus on increasing the resident income, reduce taxes and fees to encourage entrepreneurs, comprehensively improve the business environment for enterprise development, and fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient effective demand.
Specifically, this article proposes the following development suggestions.
1. Expand the high-level opening-up.
2. Accelerate the construction of a unified national market and marketization.
3. Encourage entrepreneurs and enhance their visibility.
4. Further cutting taxes and implementing the negative tax system for small-and-medium-sized enterprises are important measures to boost confidence.
5. Promote reforms in education, healthcare, and other areas continuously.
6. Publicize one or two cities to become internet-famous cities.
