Abstract: In the process of globalization and marketization of the Chinese economy, enterprises and industries in the Northeast region have been continuously decoupled and marginalized from the global and domestic value chains due to its insufficient openness and other reasons, directly causing the sustained economic decline. Currently, there are some important weak links that need to be strengthened in the Northeast revitalization strategy guiding Northeast China's integration into the national unified market and participation in the domestic and international economic circulations. It is recommended that we can classify the current important industries in Northeast China according to their nature and implement precise policies. The strategic center of gravity and policy resources should be focused on promoting the integration, connection, and coordination between the domestic and international industrial chains and the Northeast industrial chain, as well as forming leading enterprises in important manufacturing industrial chains in the Northeast China. These suggestions will promote the deep integration of the Northeast economy into the domestic and international circulation and play a mutually reinforcing role.
