From Jiangsu's practice, the integration is crucial for the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu and the construction of a modern industrial system. This article proposes eight suggestions for the integrated development of Jiangsu based on the reflection on practical problems.
Firstly, promote comprehensive integration across the Yangtze River and north-south linkage.
Secondly, promote the high-quality integration of industrialization and digitization, which is the foundation of Jiangsu's economy.
Thirdly, promote the functional integration of Suzhou, Wuxi, and Changzhou, and break down barriers to innovative resources, information elements, and industrial factors.
Fourthly, promote the integration of Jiangsu's industrial chain clusters efficiently.
Fifthly, create a new special zone for the integrated development of industry, academia, and research, so as to unleash the potential of Jiangsu's scientific and educational resources.
Sixthly, create a series of integrated projects for innovation, and promote innovative breakthroughs.
Seventhly, carry out actions to stabilize prices, improve quality, and raise product standards, combining supply-side structural reform with expanding demand and domestic demand.
Eighthly, build a unified supply chain cooperation platform, so as to allow enterprises to integrate more and greatly reduce costs.
