Abstract: Interregional industrial transfer is an important means of optimizing the national production layout. Against the background of a slowdown in economic globalization and weak global economic recovery, China's economy is facing the dual pressures of high-end manufacturing returning to developed countries and low-end manufacturing transferring to Southeast Asia and South Asian countries. A systematic analysis framework is needed to promote interregional industrial transfer in an orderly manner. This paper attempts to construct an improved push-pull-resistance system of the interregional industrial transfer force, and systematically analyze the industrial transfer force of the transfer-out and transfer-receiving areas from three dimensions: push factors, pull factors, and resistance factors. Based on this, it proposes improved strategies for orderly promoting interregional industrial transfer in China.
