This highlights the importance of improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain. Next, the article proposes to accurately understand the connotation of industrial chain and supply chain as well as its resilience. The essence of industrial chain and supply chain is the extension of value chain theory to different perspectives. The resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain includes four aspects: value-added rate, stability, synergy, and control. Finally, this article points out feasible paths to enhance the resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain:


Firstly, leverage the advantages of the new national system, achieve breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields in the manufacturing industry, and enhance the value-added rate of the industrial chain and supply chain.


Secondly, accelerate the construction of a unified domestic market, fully leverage China's advantage in large-scale domestic demand, and enhance the stability of the industrial chain and supply chain.


Thirdly, promote the digitization and greening of industries, and enhance the synergy of the industrial chain and supply chain.


Fourthly, effectively utilize the advantages of opening up and cooperation platforms to enhance the control of the industrial chain and supply chain with a higher level of opening up to the outside world.
