Supporting the growth and development of the private economy with practical reform measures has become the expectation of the whole society.
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the construction of a unified national market as a key element in building a high-level socialist market economy system. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee further deploys the construction of a unified national market around the comprehensive construction of a high-level socialist market economy system.
Private enterprises are not only the vitality of economic and social development, but also an important new force to promote Chinese path to modernization. The Third Plenum of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has decided to unwaveringly encourage, support, and guide the development of the non-public sector economy. Therefore, it is necessary to start from theoretical and practical innovation, face up to the difficulties in operation of private enterprises, and help them overcome difficulties. Firstly, we should ensure that the policy environment for the development of the private economy is consistent and continuous. Secondly, it is necessary to introduce the Private Economy Promotion Law as soon as possible and vigorously break down market access barriers. Thirdly, we must adhere to the empowerment of technological innovation and consolidate the foundation that supports the development of the private economy.
