The construction of a unified national market plays an important role in China, and General Secretary Xi Jinping also attaches great importance to it. This article believes that, firstly, accelerating the market-oriented allocation reform of factors is a key factor in promoting the construction of a unified national market, which is conducive to improving the factor price mechanism, optimizing the allocation of factor resources, and avoiding the spread of four types of adverse market characteristics. Secondly, we need to improve the incentive mechanism for factor property rights and deepen the reform of market-based allocation of production factors, mainly through property rights definition, property rights circulation, and property rights protection. Thirdly, we need to create a nationally leading competitive market for factor property rights, strictly protect factor property rights, ensure the circulation of factor property rights, improve the structure of factor property rights, and promote regional market cooperation.
