Abstract: To create a new dual circulation development pattern where domestic and foreign market can boost each other, it is necessary to rely on the open thinking of home field globalization based on domestic demand and the basic support of the national unified market, reshape China's industrial chain and supply chain geography, and optimize the space layout of industrial chain and supply chain. The article sorts out the theoretical connotation and evolutionary logic of the dual circulation development pattern under the globalization of labor division, explains the internal relationship between the geographical reshaping of the industrial chain and supply chain and the construction of a new dual circulation development pattern, and explores the implementation path of building a national unified market by reshaping the industrial chain and supply chain geography. Research has shown that China's advantage in participating in the globalization relying on foreign market is gradually losing, and turning to the globalization relying on domestic market is a need for China's new round of globalization strategy adjustment; Building a unified national market and a new development pattern of dual circulation by reshaping the geography of China's industrial and supply chains requires the correct handling of the relationship between the geography reshaping of domestic and global industrial and supply chain, the relationship between opening up to the outside world and to domestic market, as well as the relationship between technological self-reliance and cooperation with the outside world. Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to rely on the national strategic regional advantages to deepen domestic industrial cooperation and transfer; on the other hand, we need to use the integration function of the national open platform to expand the two-way opening to both east and west, thus promoting the strategic interaction and integration of the domestic and international economic circulations.
