Abstract: Under the goal of Chinese path to modernization, promoting the sustainable growth of residents' disposable income is the basic content of forming a people-centered development pattern, and also the internal requirement of solidly promoting common prosperity. The core of promoting the growth of residents' disposable income lies in using dynamic and interconnected methodologies to achieve the balance between wealth creation and fair distribution. This determines that its basic principle is to maintain stable economic growth and avoid deflation in the short term, while also taking into account the goals and requirements of development and transformation in the long term. As for the requirement of short-term stable growth, we can start by promoting the coordination and linkage of policies such as employment, finance, currency, investment, consumption, industry, education, talent, technology and so on, in order to achieve the growth of residents' disposable income in terms of labor, operation, property, and transfer payments. As for the requirement of promoting transformation in the medium and long term, we can improve the residents' disposable income and public welfare level, so as to effectively promote the triple transformation of economic development pattern, economic development mode, and economic development system. In addition, it is necessary to deepen the distribution system reform from the aspects of initial distribution, redistribution, and tertiary distribution, and build a fundamental institutional system for the growth of residents' disposable income.
