General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the private enterprise symposium that it is timely for private enterprises and entrepreneurs to show their talents. He also mentioned that we must firmly follow the path of high-quality development, adhere to our main business, strengthen our industry, strengthen independent innovation, transform our development mode, and continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and core competitiveness of enterprises. This has pointed out the direction for private enterprises to embark on the path of independent innovation.
Since entering the new era, the Party and the state have introduced a series of milestone policy measures to support private enterprises in strengthening independent innovation. These policy measures inject strong impetus into the innovative development of private enterprises. More and more private enterprises attach importance to innovative research and development, continuously improve their technological level, and consolidate their position as the main force of innovation. However, at the same time, the current private economy still faces some challenges in independent innovation. There is an urgent need for systematic optimization from multiple dimensions such as strategy, system, path, funding, talent, and policies to stimulate its innovation vitality and endogenous driving force.
To achieve this, we need to focus on the following points.

6. Focus on guarantee system and optimize the innovation environment.
