The Central Economic Work Conference has made specific arrangements to further support the development of enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies. This article suggests starting from the following points:
1. Expanding the Tower Base with Inclusiveness
As a supporting expert and invisible champion in the industrial chain, enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies are grown from small and medium-sized enterprises. Only by expanding the tower base of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially innovative ones, can we strengthen the tower top of enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies. To expand the tower base, we need to be guided by inclusive policies, adhere to the principle of hierarchical classification, and implement targeted policies, focusing on common issues among enterprises.
2. Enhance capabilities through competitiveness
Throughout the development process of domestic and foreign little giants and hidden champions enterprises, all of them have emerged from competition and become strong through competition. Therefore, it is necessary to guide and drive enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies to continuously improve their strategic, market, and innovation capabilities through competitive institutional arrangements, and strive to achieve sustainable development.
3. Stabilize expectations with coherence
Against the backdrop of increasing uncertainty, we need to create a more stable and favorable policy environment for the development of enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies.
