Abstract: Undertaking industrial transfer is an important way to achieve regional coordinated development. This article is based on a survey of the actual situation of undertaking industrial transfer in central and western regions such as Guangxi, Hunan, and Jiangxi. It summarizes common issues in terms of business environment from six aspects and proposes short, medium, and long-term solutions that are targeted and operational.
