The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides insightful discussions on the work related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. In the process of transforming traditional agriculture into modern agriculture in China, it is necessary to ensure that agricultural production maintains high yields while also meeting the requirements of ecological environment protection. Therefore, it is necessary to transform agricultural production methods, vigorously develop ecological agriculture and circular agriculture, and control over pollution from non-point agricultural sources to a minimum extent, and achieve a high degree of compatibility between agricultural production and ecological environment protection.
This article first explains through a large number of documents issued by relevant national departments that the control over pollution from non-point agricultural sources is an urgent task at present. The effectiveness of China's control over pollution from non-point agricultural sources is significant, but there is still a long way to go! Subsequently, the article explores the concepts of ecological agriculture and circular agriculture, and proves through the successful experiences of Chenzhuang Village and Donglin Village that the development of ecological circular agriculture is necessary to control over pollution from non-point agricultural sources. Finally, the article provides several suggestions for the current promotion of ecological agriculture and circular agriculture:
