In recent years, there have been some new trends in the development drivers and models of the global producer services industry, but overall, many factors that have led to the stagnation of globalization have not hindered the development of the producer services industry. Against this backdrop, China's productive service industry has made significant progress, but its development shortcomings remain prominent.
This article first analyzes the current development status of the productive service industry, including the international trend of its development and the progress and shortcomings of China's productive service industry. Subsequently, through the analysis of the experience of developing productive service industries in a large number of developed countries, six policies that can be used for reference were summarized. Finally, in order to better promote the development of China's productive service industry, this article suggests drawing on the experience and practices of developed countries, and implementing comprehensive policies from various aspects such as understanding, statistics, taxation, talent, industrial interaction, deregulation, breaking monopolies, and opening up domestically and externally.
