Abstract: Optimizing the enterprise service system not only enhances the quality of enterprise services and improves the business environment, but also drives the digital transformation of government services and promotes the development of productive service industries. The Enterprise Service Supermarket O2O platform established by Suzhou Industrial Park, through continuous iteration and updates, has steadily expanded its enterprise service resources and client base based on accumulated information technology, while constantly innovating service models and dimensions. It has evolved into a regionally authoritative intermediary information-sharing platform and a public-interest platform for Internet Plus socialized professional services. Therefore, it is recommended that this model be promoted nationwide to further advance the informatization of enterprise services across the country and the development of a single network infrastructure.
