The book presents the achievements of Professor Liu Zhibiao, who is a Jiangsu Social Sciences Master and well-known economist. He has put forward suggestions for national economic development through the study of industrial economics, the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region, and the country, which provide valuable guidance and reference for the decision-makers of the Jiangsu provincial committee and government. With a total of 370 thousand words, the book attempts to condense the essence of Professor Liu Zhibiao’s academic achievements and demonstrate his academic spirit in a limited space.
It is split into three sections:
(1) Academic biography. This section summarizes the author’s academic career in chronological order under the sub-headings of Education Experience, Scholarly Research, Academic Achievements, and Talent Cultivation. (2) Representative academic achievements. This section is comprised of four columns, that is, China’s Economic Reform and Development, Economic Globalization and Chinese Industry Development, Service Economy, and Research on the Development of the Yangtze River Delta. The author’s influential academic papers are included in these columns. (3) Academic chronology.
