The general report sections are comprised of three chapters, which comprehensively analyze the Yangtze River Delta’s strategic selection for the second round of globalization, promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading based on urbanization, and the strategic change from building on late-moving benefits to innovation-driven strategy. The subreports contain 17 chapters, concentrating on research topics such as the Local Government Competition and Industrial Division Evolution in the Yangtze River Delta, Optimization of the Yangtze River Delta’s Productivity Space Layout through Service Industry Coordination, Threshold Effect of Tobin’s Q and Rationality of Enterprise Investment, and Cooperation of Industrial Parks in the Urban Agglomerations of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta area.
