By following the requirement of “stepping up to a new level and developing a new Jiangsu” raised by General Secretary, Xi Jinping when visiting Jiangsu, the book analyzes the realistic foundation, development goals, innovation practices, suggestions and experience of Jiangsu’s practice of enhancing its cultural construction to a whole new level based on its development reality.
