Abstract: As a key vehicle for high-level opening up, national-level comprehensive overseas service platforms have officially replaced the original "Going Global" public service platforms and will play an increasingly important role in supporting enterprises' expansion into overseas markets. This paper analyzes the driving forces behind the platform's upgrade and evolution, and examines the current support functions and strategic value of the national-level comprehensive overseas service platform. Given that the platform still has room for improvement in areas such as service intelligence, data security, and ecosystem synergy, the paper recommends further enhancing the platform's foresight, strategic orientation, and leadership, transforming it into a national-level public service platform characterized by integration, intelligence, security, and synergy, thereby supporting the high-quality international expansion of Chinese enterprises.
