“Revitalizing Northeast China” has always been an important national strategy. The Three-year Rolling Implementation Program for Promoting Revitalization of Old Industrial Bases in the Northeast and Other Parts of the Country was issued recently, listing 137 key tasks and 127 major projects by year, with an estimated investment of more than RMB 1 trillion, including self-financing, local government supporting funds and state subsidies. Proper state subsidies will be provided to the projects involving people’s livelihood and public infrastructure.
