Despite the rapid development of China's new energy vehicles industry at present, some cyclical problems will inevitably arise in the process of development, such as the use of policy loopholes by some enterprises and attempts to deceive subsidies. In February 2016, the Ministry of Finance commissioned the Commissioner's Office to conduct in-depth investigation on 90 enterprises in 26 provinces and cities and carry out field inspections in 15 provinces and cities including Hebei and Shanghai.
