The WTO's latest World Trade outlook report pointed out that the global trade growth of this year will continue to decline for four consecutive years, the lowest since the 1980s. As the world economic pattern is undergoing profound changes and various trade powers are continuing to join hands, especially with the increasing influence of developing countries in global economy, China, as the the largest emerging market economy, should strive for more international trade initiatives. The meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee proposed that “we should vigorously boost real economy”, and the Central Economic Work Conference also explicitly stated that “we should focus on boosting real economy”. In the context of reverse globalization, how should we boost real economy, which is the basis for strengthening our country and enriching our people?
