On December 8, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the Intelligent Manufacturing Development Plan (2016-2020), aiming to foster new driving forces for China’s economic growth and take the lead in future economic and technological development through accelerating intelligent manufacturing development, and to promote supply-side structural reform of China’s manufacturing industry, create competitive edges for China's manufacturing industry and build China into a manufacturing power. “Promoting real economy through intelligent manufacturing” has become an important strategy of our country and every province and city.
