In 2016, China’s economic growth rate was 6.7%, the lowest since 1991. Some people are concerned that China’s economy is still likely to decline again. Will China’s economy continue to grow at a medium-to-high speed this year? Last year, China’s economic growth slowed down and stabilized, the performance of enterprises started to improve instead of decline, and urban employment growth exceeded expectations, marking a good start for the 13th Five-Year Plan. Members of the Representation Commission believed that these outstanding achievements demonstrate China's confidence in its economy.
