On March 5, 2017, the fifth session of the 12th National People's Congress opened in the Great Hall of People. Premier Li Keqiang delivered the Report on the Work of the Government. He reviewed the achievements made in the opening year of the 13th Five-Year Plan and deployed the nine major tasks in 2017. Professor Liu Zhibiao, CPPCC member and Dean of Yangtze IDEI, attended the session and listened to the premier’s report. He called on experts, scholars and entrepreneurs in various industries to study the report in depth and exchanged their opinions on the most touching parts of the report from their perspective work fields.
