The problems with the Internetization of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu include: the degree of informatization of industrial enterprises is not high; the Internetization level of industrial enterprise value chains is low; the Internetization of new product development is at a low level; the enterprise structure is small and medium-sized, as well as the industry distribution of enterprises is traditional, with innovation level of small and micro enterprises being low. In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu's manufacturing industry under the background of the new industrial revolution, it is necessary to construct the industrial innovation system of Jiangsu Province, which includes advanced knowledge industry cluster, infrastructure & service industry cluster, large-scale manufacturing industry cluster, and final goods and service industry cluster. Therefore, firstly, it is necessary to differentially promote the informatization process of large, medium and small industrial enterprises, and secondly, to comprehensively foster the Internetization progress of the entire value chain of large enterprises, and to improve the partial Internetization level of the value chain of small, medium and micro enterprises.
