Under the environment of various global uncertainties, how to coordinate the development and security of the industrial and supply chain will directly affect China's economic stability and people's well-being

Currently, there are four major security risks faced by China's industrial and supply chain.

1. The development of intelligence will increase the risk of the industrial and supply chain of high-tech industries being contained.

2. Multinational companies accelerating the reorganization of the global supply chain will impact Chin's export-oriented industrial and supply chain from the demand side.

3. The US government is promoting the formation of a supply chain alliance, which will increase the risk of disruptions in China's import-intensive industrial and supply chain from the supply side.

4. The technology war may increase the risk of the industrial and supply chain of our strategic industries being blocked.

In the current international competition dilemma, the main solution to China's major security risks in the industrial and supply chain is to improve the mechanism to encourage independent innovation and enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.

Our short-term goal should be maintaining the bottom line of people's livelihood security and stabilizing international connectivity, including the following three points.

1. Improve the governance level of the industrial and supply chain.

2. Be vigilant against the impact of the transfer of international orders on China's export-oriented industrial and supply chain.

3. Stabilize the international cooperation relations with greater open-up.

Our mid-term goal should be enhancing the competitive advantage of participating in the global industrial and supply chain, including the following two points.

1. Cultivate new advantages in our export-oriented industrial and supply chain with a higher level of open-up.

2. Give private enterprises greater development space by opening to the interior more.
