Abstract: The southeast region is the foundation and motive power of China's economic development. The development of the eastern region, especially the southeast region, has always been highly valued by the Party Central Committee. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that we should encourage the eastern region to accelerate the development of modernization when discussing the in-depth implementation of regional coordinated development strategy. It is proposed to consolidate the leading position of opening-up in the eastern coastal region, improve the opening-up level in the middle west region and northeast region, and deeply participate in the global industrial division and cooperation. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that we should promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, so as to push forward the ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River valley.
