Ma Kai, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, recently made a survey in Zhejiang and Jiangsu. He stressed that Jiangsu should take the new development concept as the guide, adhere to be demand-led, strategy-oriented, material first, innovation-driven, promote the combination of production and use. Jiangsu should also promote military and civilian integration, make great efforts to break through a number of key materials, accelerate the improvement of the system of new material industry, and constantly improve the international competitiveness, so as to become a manufacturing power. We should make greater contributions to the construction of a powerful country and economic and social development. As for Jiangsu, it has comparative advantages such as relatively complete industrial system, the third largest output scale in China, enhanced advantages of backbone enterprises and obvious support of aviation equipment. For example, Jiangsu can accelerate the construction of Jiangsu special metal materials manufacturing innovation center with "thinking of industrial commons", promote the military and civilian deep integration with "insurance compensation mechanism for the first batch application of new materials", and actively explore the construction. The establishment of the system of superalloy recycling industry can solve three kinds of core problems, such as weak basic research, insufficient innovation ability, low industrial level, weak support ability, and blank of superalloy recycling industry. Actively cultivating and developing superalloy industry is not only conducive to the seize of the historical opportunities of national major projects, but also to the development and innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in the whole province. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of related industries.
