The sixth session of the Central Comprehensively Deepening Reforms Commission was held on January 23, 2019, at which the role of the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was highly valued, “the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was of epoch-making significance, which opened a new era of comprehensively deepening reform, and systematic and overall design and implementation of the reform, as well and opened up new prospects of China's reform and opening up. With China entering a new era, China’s reform has entered a “deep water zone”, what signal does this evaluation send? What are the connection and differences between this reform and the previous “structural reforms”? What aspects of reform should we accelerate in the future?
