On April 19, the Political Bureau of the Central Committee held a meeting to analyze and study the current economic situation and arrange the current economic work. It was proposed at the meeting that we should deepen reforms through higher quality opening-up, expand market access for foreign capital and guarantee national treatment. In the context of deepening domestic reforms and new changes in foreign environment, how should we understand the “higher quality opening-up” and “deep reforms”? How do they supplement and promote each other? Which aspects are in urgent need of opening-up at present?
